Burhan Had a 9-5 and Made $30k+ in One Month

The story

Burhan joined us at the beginning of January with zero real estate experience. He was working IT jobs, watching wholesaling videos for months without ever pulling the trigger, and the one time he tried houses, he locked up five and sold none of them. About 30 days of actual campaigns later, he's sitting on roughly $30,000 in deals working their way to the closing table.

His first deal came 11 hours after his very first campaign. One text blast to about a thousand people, roughly $30 in marketing spend, and a contract locked up the same day worth over $5,000 in profit. That's the moment this stopped being theory for him.

The markets nobody's touching are sitting right there.

The Hawaii lesson

But the best part of Burhan's story is where he went next. Instead of fighting everyone else in the crowded Florida markets, he heard Hawaii mentioned once on a coaching call and decided to check it out himself. He sent campaigns to all three islands, started calling builders the next morning, and found one who told him exactly what they'd pay and where. Within three weeks he was negotiating a deal that would have been a six figure spread. That one fell through, and instead of quitting, he kept hitting the market. Now he has multiple Hawaii deals heading to escrow, builder relationships nobody else has, and buyers reaching out to him.

He's also proof of what the community actually does. One of his deals came from another student, Cole, who brought him a property because Burhan had the builder. They split it and both got paid. The next day Burhan locked up another one on his own.

When he joined, he told us he wanted $70k a month and thought it sounded crazy. Thirty days in, he says he's a month or two away.
