$50,000 in First 32 Days

The story

Randy joined us 32 days before this call was recorded. In that first month he locked up 10 deals worth over $50,000 in assignment fees, all on about $1,700 in total marketing spend. He might be the fastest we have ever seen anyone go from zero to 10 deals.

Before this, Randy spent five years in car sales. He was burned out, joined a different land course, and got nothing out of it. Dead group chat, no help, no direction. He was about to give up and go back to the dealership when he found us, jumped on a call with Carson, and went all in. He says he learned more in his first week here than in three months of the other program.

One buyer, unlimited volume.

One relationship

The core of his success is one relationship. Instead of chasing a giant buyer list, Randy locked in a single consistent builder who now buys about 90 percent of everything he brings. One buyer, unlimited volume. On this call he breaks down exactly how he landed that relationship and how he would do it again from scratch.

What makes Randy's story special is what he is doing now. A month in, he has already become one of the go to people in the community. Newer students bring him deals, he helps them comp, they split the profit, and everybody eats. He went from student to JV partner for the whole group in 30 days.

We also get into his next moves: a finance connection that could open the door to 100 lots a month, scaling with partners instead of employees, and why the grind you put in early buys you freedom later.
